Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be based out of the Corporate Office of the Company at Gurugram and will work
very closely with the Directors to grow the Company’s franchise in North India. The Company already
has branches covering NCR, Dehradun, Panipat & Jaipur and intends to grow rapidly through
addition of new branches as well as increasing the penetration in the existing markets. The job-
holder will oversee these branches and will be responsible for their overall performance. The role
will involve travelling for a minimum of 10 days a month within and outside NCR.
Key Deliverables for the role
Grow the lending business (both secured and unsecured) in a cluster of branches in North
India
Identify new geographies for expansion.
Responsible for building the Loan book as well as Collections & Remedial management of
the portfolio.
Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual business targets assigned.
Management of Channel partners and other external stakeholders
Assist Directors, Risk and Credit teams in portfolio risk management, customer service,
drafting and review of credit & risk policies etc.
Managing people, tracking performance and productivity, and providing support in hiring,
coaching, and building a high-performing team
Remain updated on market developments and recommend product/ policy updates to
improve the company’s product offerings and competitive position in the market.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Exposure and understanding of LAP & Unsecured Business Loans / Small Business Loans.
Should have worked for at least 5 years in the relevant markets in North India.
Team handling/ management experience is a must. The Incumbent’s estimated team size is above 60.
Exposure to the latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small business loans
segment
