Job Description :
We are actively seeking a creative and experienced OTT Producer specializing in Non-Fictional Content Creation. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of storytelling techniques, digital editing skills, and proficiency in the local language relevant to the target audience. This position is open in all metro cities, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in producing engaging and high-quality content for our client’s OTT platform.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Non-Fictional Content Production:

Lead the end-to-end production of non-fictional content for the OTT platform. -
Develop and execute creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
Storytelling Techniques:

Utilize effective storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives. -
Collaborate with writers, directors, and other creative professionals to enhance storytelling.
Digital Editing:

Oversee the digital editing process, ensuring the final output meets high-quality standards. -
Work closely with editors and post-production teams for seamless content delivery.
Language Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in the local language relevant to the target audience. -
Ensure content authenticity and cultural resonance through language nuances.
Content Strategy:

Contribute to the development of content strategies aligned with audience preferences. -
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to content production.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and production. -

Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in content production. -
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and platform guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field. -
