Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to our clients. The Freelance Trainer will design, develop, and facilitate training sessions on topics such as communication skills, LinkedIn profile makeover, interview preparation skills, behavioral interview coaching, POSH training, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and other related areas. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and organizations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

• 
  Collaborate with the training team to design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of diverse client groups.
• 
  Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses to identify learning objectives and performance outcomes.
• 
  Customize training content, materials, and activities to align with client expectations and learning objectives for each topic area.

Training Delivery and Facilitation:

• 
  Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on selected topics, ensuring relevance and applicability to participants’ roles and responsibilities.
• 
  Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning environments.
• 
  Adapt training delivery methods and techniques to accommodate various learning styles and participant needs.

Participant Engagement and Interaction:

• 
  Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, reflection, and knowledge sharing.
• 
  Facilitate group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and experiential learning activities to reinforce key concepts and skills.
• 
  Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to support skill development and behavior change.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• 
  Administer pre-training assessments and post-training evaluations to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• 
  Analyze training evaluation data and participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and refinement.
• 
  Continuously monitor and evaluate training delivery methods and content to ensure relevance and impact for each training topic.

Professional Development and Continuous Learning:

• 
  Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in each training topic area.
• 
  Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance training expertise and skills.
• 
  Share knowledge and insights with the training team and contribute to the development of training resources and materials.

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience as a freelance trainer or facilitator, with expertise in delivering training programs on selected topics to diverse audiences.
• 
  Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design techniques.
• 
  Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to design and develop training content and materials that are interactive, engaging, and relevant for each topic area.
• 
  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• 
  Flexibility to adapt training content and delivery methods based on client needs and feedback.
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 
  Certification in training, coaching, or related areas is a plus.

Note: The Freelance Trainer will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and the training team to create impactful learning experiences that drive individual and organizational performance. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and a passion for helping others succeed.
