Job Description :
We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Bank Branch Manager with a proven track record in CASA Sales, Liabilities, Team Leadership, and overall Branch Handling. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team to achieve business targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure the effective functioning of the branch. Positions are available in various locations across India.
Duties & Responsibilities:
CASA Sales and Liabilities:

Drive the acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and other liability products. -
Implement strategies to increase deposit growth and meet financial targets.
Team Leadership:
-
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of banking professionals. -
Provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Branch Handling:
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance. -
Manage customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
Business Development:
-
Develop and execute business plans to achieve branch targets and KPIs. -
Identify opportunities for cross-selling of banking and financial products.
Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. -
Address customer concerns and ensure a positive banking experience.
Compliance and Risk Management:
-
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. -
Mitigate operational risks and maintain a secure banking environment.
Reporting
-
Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance and activities. -
Provide insights to senior management on market trends and customer feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. -
Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking, with a focus on branch management. -
Proven track record in CASA sales and liabilities management. -
Strong leadership and team management skills. -
Excellent understanding of banking products and financial services. -
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. -
Ability to drive business development initiatives and achieve targets.
