Two-Tier Referral Bonus System:
We believe in acknowledging your contribution at every step of the recruitment process. That’s why we’ve implemented a two-tier referral bonus structure to ensure that your efforts are duly recognized.
Instant Rewards:
Upon successful placement, you’ll receive a joining bonus as a token of our appreciation. This bonus is awarded when your referred candidate accepts an offer and officially joins a client of ChangeLeaders. Enjoy a 10% discount on our career transition service, designed to help you and your connections put your best foot forward in the job market.
The Instant bonus discount code will be mailed to you within 48 hrs of the referred candidate’s date of Joining.
Joining Bonus:
To further incentivize long-term engagement, we offer a substantial completion bonus when your referred candidate completes a minimum of 90 days with our client. This bonus is our way of thanking you for your role in fostering lasting connections. The completion bonus will be paid within 30 days of the referred candidate’s 90-day milestone with our client.
Joining Bonus Breakdown:
Our joining bonus structure is tailored to reflect the value and complexity of the roles our clients offer. Here’s how it works:
- Rs. 5000/-: For every successful referral leading to a role with a compensation package of up to 8L CTC.
- Rs. 10,000: For referrals resulting in roles offering between 9L to 15L CTC.
Rs. 15,000: For placements with roles offering between 16L to 25L CTC. - Rs. 25,000: For referrals leading to roles with a compensation package between 26L to 40L CTC.
Rs. 40,000: For placements in roles with a compensation package exceeding 41L CTC.
